Refunds Policy

If you are unhappy with your goods, please complete the product return form, which you will find under Returns on the footer of our website.

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

Returned stock will only be accepted with the prior consent of Rotonair and the provision of a valid returns note number issued by our Quality Department.

Items must be returned in the condition that they were received within ten working days of delivery.

There is a 20% handling charge, with a minimum of £25.00

We cannot accept the return of non-stock items, assemblies made to order and special-order goods.
