Our in-house aftercare team keep detailed records of each customer's service history. We will notify you when your equipment is due for service, meaning you can have peace of mind it is always maintained.

Breakdown

At Rotonair, we understand the inconvenience and high costs of the failure of any compressed equipment, mainly due to a lack of production time. 

However, in the event of a compressor breakdown, you don't have to worry because we offer 24/7 breakdown support. All you need to do is make a phone call, and we will be there to help you, no matter the time of day or night, 365 days a year. We are committed to minimising your downtime and getting you back on track as quickly as possible.

Our technical service team is the first point of contact for any breakdowns. If they cannot provide a resolution, we will arrange for one of our highly trained engineers to visit your site. Our engineers carry a wide range of spares and service kits in our fully stocked depots and aim to repair your equipment during their visit.

We at Rotonair are proud to offer our customers a 5-Year No Quibble Warranty, which also covers our new HPC equipment. 

In the unlikely event of a fault, rest assured that it will be rectified quickly and efficiently, giving you peace of mind.
