Returns and Handling Charges Policy

Product Returns can be requested by filling out ALL the details on the Returns page of our website.

Requests by you for return of catalogue goods maybe subject to a handling charge if all of the following criteria are not met:

  1. The goods are unused and are bought from the Rotonair catalogue
  2. The goods are in good order
  3. The returns must include a completed goods return note which Rotonair will suppy
  4. Any goods to be returned that are outside the 30 days from the date of purchase.

Rotonair cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers.

Under no circumstances should goods to be returned be given to a Rotonair representative.

Rotonair cannot accept any return of goods sourced on a customer's behalf listed outside the Rotonair catalogue. Such orders for non-catalogue goods are non-cancellable and non-returnable and, as such, are accepted entirely at the customer's own risk.
